Big problems, so confused, HELP!!!

The Problem: Okay, so, my aunt Judie* has cervical cancer and she has three kids, Kathy*, Becca*, and a new baby named Stephanie*. Aunt Judie had a surgery to take out the cancer, but there's still more in her, and now she's taking chemo and radiation. She can't be home to watch her kids so they're going to other family members for the summer, and we're watching 16-year-old Kathy. The problem is if something bad happens to Aunt Judie and Kathy has to live with us, everyone will be really stressed out, cuz my dad will have to work overtime to support an extra kid and Kathy will be depressed cuz she doesn't have a dad and now she lost her mom, and I don't know what to do. Also, I'm turning 14 next year and I want to get a job so I can pay for my own clothes and stuff, and take some of the weight of my dad, but he won't let me get a job. PLEASE HELP ME!!! *not there real names
