well im not much help but my friend use to have acne really bad and he just kept putting all this stuff to get rid of it but it just makes it worse so he started just washing his face alot but not wit the same towel over and over and as he grew up it just started to clear up and now everyone thinks hes fine lol
love him alotwhy dont you use lemon? Lemon has antiseptic property.wash your face with lemon skin and warm water. You will need to do this only after washing your hands well. Gently wash your face with the lemon skin and warm water and let it stand on your face for 15-20minutes. Then you can wash your face with your gentle face wash. It will help heal that acne that you currently have. Never touch ur pimples with hands or squeeze thm.
And if u love eating junk food then cut it off. It will not only help pimple to grow more but will also block arteries.
Start drinking atleast 2.5 ltrs water daily and eat fruits n vegetables.
Because ur problem- related with age and maybe with ur eating habit. Acne problem will go if its related with age(cos in teenage 98% peeps suffer frm tht) but if its related with ur eating habit thn u really really need to improve ur habit cos if it persists thn nobody is gonna kiss u(it sounds more bad thn eatin vegetables, right!! ;-))
take care
I am HealerLike the above comment suggests, your acne may be closely linked with a bad diet. Most acne skins are dry (please specify if you have oily), in which case it's best to rehydrate yourself with water.
Skin products like Clearsol do not work. I'm a fully qualified Beauty Therapist and all those products do is dry the skin because they are too harsh. Your best to try more natural ingredients such as avocado.
It's also recommeneded that you visit your local beauty salon and request for a facial. Acne is caused by the build up of impurities and grime below your skin and your therapist will use heat treatments, masques and extraction to help remove this and open up your pores.
Your therapist will also recommend any further treatments and give you amazing advice on which beauty products to use on your acne.
Keep us posted on any progession : ]
Kari RoseI use the "Simple" range at the moment, it's really good because it is quite a light product, then again i get if any, very few spots so i don't really need anything harsh, i also have a "Invisable Blemish Corrector" from avon, i really love this but they don't do this particular one anymore, and the one they do do is too harsh and drys my skin up no matter how much moisturiser i use
Leahhaw thank you i am healer and kari rose! thank you guys so much. i deffinatly do think it is my poor diet because i like never eat anything healthy =[ but as soon as i get off my computer i'm gonna go eat some fruits and veggies asap. and i have one more question, what type of face wash should i use everyday to clean my skin? like what specific product do you guys suggest me buy?
but yeah i will deffinatly keep you guys posted and once again thank you! you guys have no idea how bad this can effect someone. it's summer right now and becuz of my skin, i refuse to go out with my friends, ive been staying home for the past week and it sucks =[
so thank you guys!
pimplegirlCongrats ;-)) !! I am very happy tht u understood whr u were wrong. Because now it has become really important for u to clean up ur inner system to purify ur blood. Well, abu Face wash thn u can go for anyone. But just be conscious of not buying any cheap or duplicate product. Whatever u buy, buy it with positive n good intentions-thoughts tht it will work. See magic happenin ;-))
I am HealerNot any face wash will do. Since your skin is 'congested' you will need a cleansing milk lotion, something light that won't clog your pores. Most cleansers are heavy and harsh on your skin. Also consider purchasing a freshener or tonic toner as an astrigent one has 'drying' properties which will dry your skin out even more.
It's easy to go to the local skin shops such as Boots, Superdrug, etc & pick up any random skin product, but really, picking the correct one is critical for good skin.
