The Problem: I was abused as a child. Of course it now effects my present life..I'm one of the shyest non social girls you'll ever meet. I don't talk. I don't have one best friend..I mean i'm not a total loser, I have "friends" but those people are more like acquaintances. I've been this way all my life. I'm going into high school..where they are stereotypical and not to mention prom..I need to get past being so shy. It's keeping me from doing what I want to do.

dont let ur past bother you. you should forget it and try and think it never happened i no it wud be hard for you but u need to try or u will be like that all your life. if u av no confidence then go to the shops get sum new makeup clothes do ur self up ion different ways see which one u lyk the best and forget it. u will meet more friendsa and boys and will or forget. u need to get out more x

PunkGrrlthe same happen to me, but it went the other way, where i became overley sexual, what helped me was talking to the guy, and just put it in the back of your head, find a friend that you can talk about it, talking about it helps more than anything
