I'm only JROTC, but, the advice I can provide is to keep up with PT, and study for the ASVAB (if you have yet to take it).

If I'm not mistaken, to actually be a sniper, you need to go through a tour or two as an infrantryman, and then you can get the opportunity to go to sniper school, which varies depending on your branch of service.
