I had a few who intrigued me, you being one.
I hate that I lost my iPod when I did. I could have had the chance to have a conversation with you.

You don't have anything to be sorry about. Plenty of people tried to talk him out of it, they all failed. One more wouldn't have made a difference to him. It was his decision, albeit a very stupid one
