Actually for some, and health reasons try eating a banana or various of fruits to get your body in it's right shape as in healthy. Another way of control is finding a new hobby,avoid hot showers.

Once people gain knowledge of it, they either will give you advice or not want to date you anymore. Something inside you should say "hey, everyone dislikes me for this reason, i should clean up my act". When you enter a relationship, you're saying, "ok yea i want to be more than friends with you". if you feel the need to cheat, then obviously you're not ready to commit, and the girl you're dating doesn't deserve to be treated like that. If all else fails, You need professional or at least a trusted adult's advice.
