how do u get bigger boobs?

The Problem: I'm 14 and I barely fit into an A! I heard it helps to drink milk or rub butter on ur boobs to grow. I was wondering if anyone knew how I could make my boobs grow?

some ppl get there boobs as young as 12 and som dont get them till thier about 17 but dont worry about it! ways to help them grow tho is wen u take a shower let the water be cold i dont how this works but it dose and never where a bra 2 bed as that can stop them from growin and some times just let them b 3 and dont wear a bra but dont do this 2 often as they will droup, drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep, hope's this helps!

i love small boobs. i have big boobs though. hey if my boobs were small i'd probably wish they were bigger too. but just so you know, theres nothing bad about small boobs at all i think theyre cute. anyway eat lots of chicken (not free range) they feed the chickens this drug to enhance breast meat and if u eat a lot of it then it effects your own breast development. its actually really cruel to the chickens because it makes them tasty but deformed and retarded and miserable i mean its barbaric thats why i only eat free range chicken (unless i have no choice) but if you want bigger boobs try eating lots of battery (non-free-range) chicken thats your best bet.

Well, i think most AZN women are flat because they mainly eat rice, veggies, and only eat meat every once in a while. I mean, i AM asian myself.. if u want to have bigger breasts, i think u should eat more meaty stuff and eating more protein...steak is packed with that stuff. :) and if ur worried about gaining weight on ur stomach from eating meat, just do situps at least 10 min a day and i don't think protein pills work... so u don't have to go out and buy pills but i wouldn't eat meat EVERYDAY. just whole meals like spaghetti and some vegetables and crap like that. if u have more questions, i'll try to answer them..^^

Girls I am 24 and my chest is barely an A so don't feel bad. Most of you are way too young to be worrying about your boobs at your age. Give it time, they will grow....unless you are unlucky like me and are cursed with small tits for life. Anyways I never had a problem getting guys because of my chest size. ok im not sure if this will help but hey it worked for me. about 2 months ago i was a 32 A and now im about a 36B. drink a class of milk once a day..it helps, rub some kind of shampoo,conditioner ETC on them everytime you shower. dont wear a bra to bed, put ice on them sometimes. things i recommend is teatree shampoo or the natureday cream. hope this helps some write back if you have any questions and i will try and help

ok i dont really care but here are a few things that help.NEVER sleep with a bra on .build up muciles in your chest area by doing GIRL PUSH UPS girl pushups work your chest more than your stomach so do about 35 a day for about 3 weeks. then STOP, cause all that mucile will turn to fat and you should go up about 2 cup sizes. also massage your boobs, this loosen ups the mucile and helps make them bigger, but when you are doing all those push ups it might hurt a little so be gentle. another exersize to do is clasp your hands together and push on your head. when you run dont wear a bra this may hurt but no pain no gain. drink plenty of water this will get liquids running through your breast. i am not sure if the chili thing is true but maybe, idk. having sex does help but i wouldn't recomend it to any one under 15. idk if anyone would want to get fat just to get breast but i wouldnt because that fat can burn off but not come off in other places. rubbing them should really help the most. hope i helped
