The Problem: : Ok so Im and I know this guy who is 27. I am going to visit him in Calif. I live in pa. He said he wants to have sex but is it legal? I know consent age in pa is but age in Calif is confusing me. Help please??

No, you're under 18 and he's over 18. The only time that's legal is if you're married, and only in certain states. Age of Consent really only applies to statutory rape with other s, i.e. Two s having sex.
If you feel you are ready to have sex with this guy, you are free to do so. As long as you consent and don't go bragging about it, it should be fine.
