NOApr 01 2013 10:22pmFLAGhonestly.. it all depends on ur country, and state (if ur in the US). i found out recently that most states dont actually have an age of consent therefore meaning if you have sex with anyone over 18 and you are NOT 18 then that = jail time for the adult and possible problems for the as well depending on what is said.
if your state has a consent law, then it may still be illegal cuz of the age difference. i believe the difference cant be more then 3 years or something like that in most states with consensual ages.
