A question about the amber alert system in California?
Question: I remember the case of Anthony Martinez. This was the 12 yr old boy abducted, and they later found his body and eventually caught the perpetrator. What struck me the kid was the same size as me, even though I am 3 times his age. Well since then, that case has inspired the amber alert system here in california, which alerts the public when a child is abducted by an adult. But shouldnt the amber alert system be extended to small weak men and women, elderly and handicapped?? A lot of adults are just as physically vulnerable as children
