Female bodybuilding is way better than all these other pathetic sports.

I agree with bicep babe. Female bodybuilding is easily the best sport, and the most beautiful. If there was a female bodybuilding channel on TV I would never watch anything else. Anja Langer is the greatest sports star in history.

Yes i‘m fascinated to female bodybuilder too. I love to see there muscles and strength and again and again i see that they lift much more than most men. I have seen how much wight a female bodybuilder shoulder press, bench press, curl or squat and i mean i could use nearly the same but wrong, i‘m much to weak i can press a curl partially not more than the half weight.

I find mixed wrestling fascinating. I am 5' 9" and for most of my adult life I have weighed 137lbs. I find women who are of similar weight to me and of a similar standard of fitness, which is fairly average, are usually just as strong as me and some are stronger. Therefore I would like to be matched against a woman of my weight class to see how I would get on. I think mixed wrestling would be exciting. I am physically quite weak so I don't think I would be short of challengers.

Ric, i think in gym you will find a lot of challengers. A lot of women workout seriously and at the same time only a few men workout and most of them simply to stay fit. I made the experience that some women who workout are really stronger than me and in my friend circle i’m not the weakest guy. Nevertheless i know some women who are stronger than me and most likely also stronger than most guys.

Henni. Many women are good at assessing whether a man is weaker than them. Therefore there would be no shortage of women challenging me. I would soon be assessed as a weakling. However, I would accept a challenge from a woman even if I knew she would beat me. If a woman was to get a kick out of submitting me in a wrestling contest I wouldn’t have a problem with that. I’m not bothered by a woman being stronger than me.

Ric, i’m sure a lot of women who workout regularly know how much they can lift and how much a male can lift. They also know how much a male beginner can lift and i can imagine male beginners can’t lift that heavy how a well trained women can lift. When i accompanied my girlfriend into the gym most of her gym mates could guess how much weight i can lift. I think these days a men should be fine also if he was beaten by a woman who workout.
