How a guy can get smaller and weaker than average women.

Question: SO lets say a 5`7 150 lb male who wants to be smaller and weaker than the typical female. He want get to get beaten up by a woman, but doesnt know how to go about it.This is a half way serious question. there are guys who love to be small because they loved to be overpowered by women. And then there are bigger guys who want to get small
What are your suggestions?

Hit the gym cardio only or take up jogging, vegan or low protein diet along with it. Being small and weak means more longevity, less risk for cancer, low blood pressure. Doesnt pay for a guy to be big and strong anymore.And for some of you stronger wives who prefer smaller and weaker men,do you keep him on a regimine to keep him smaller?

One way for a guy to get smaller and weaker than the average woman and stay smaller and weaker than the average woman is to GET SKINNY AND STAY SKINNY!!! Even a very tall guy can be very skinny and the majority of all women are bigger and stronger than that very tall, very skinny guy. I am a very tall, very skinny guy (6'1", 130 lbs). I am very tall but I am SMALLER AND WEAKER than the average woman. The average woman weighs more than I do and the average woman has bigger muscles than I have. That means the majority of all women are bigger and stronger than I am. However, I have two totally masculine assets that many women, including many big strong women, admire: I have THICK, MANLY FACIAL HAIR and I also have A VERY LARGE PENIS!!! I would not want to get beaten up by any woman but it turns me on to know that the majority of all women can beat me up. An average-sized woman (5'4", 145 lbs) can beat me up and a fat woman (e.g. 4'10", 200 lbs) with huge biceps can easily beat me up. It turns me on when I lose a physical test of strength against either a short fat girl or a short fat woman who has huge biceps. I had short fat girlfriends with bigger biceps than I have and I was always turned on when any of them either overpowered me or outlifted me (or BOTH!!!). And it really turns me on when I am over a foot taller than a short fat girl who is far stronger than I am and who weighs much more than I do. Case in point: When I was easily outlifted by a 4'11", 190-pound, 20-year-old girl who has huge biceps (her 16-inch biceps vs my 12-inch biceps), I GOT A HUGE, MASSIVE ERECTION!!! I am PROUD to be a very tall, very skinny guy with very small biceps. I am also PROUD to be SMALLER AND WEAKER than the average woman. There aren't that many guys like me around because most small, weak guys with very small biceps are short, not tall like I am. I am also VERY PROUD to be FAR SMALLER AND FAR WEAKER than a short fat girl who has very large biceps with a big strong body despite her short stature. The latter describes quite a few of my former girlfriends, some of whom I tower over by more than a foot!!! One of my fat girlfriends is very short but she has HUGE biceps. Childhood diets do influence how bones grow. If a child abstains from meat and milk, his bones wont grow as much and far less thicker than the child who ate meat and dairy products on a regular basis. I agree with anonymous, by the time you reach adulthood, its too late.A big strong man cannot become small and weak because of bone density. Just as, a small weak man cannot become big and strong because his hollow bones cannot hold any muscle. Since as we get older our bodies are draped with fat, we dont know if we are naturally big or not. My mom was a vegan, and was raised on a vegan diet. Had very little milk or dairy products. By the time I was in college, I was 118 lbs and very weak. At 41, I am still that weak but with a fat coat that put me up to 165 lbs.One way to find out is the wrist measurement. To put it simple, if you feel like a big guy and yet every watch is too big for your wrist. Then it means you are overweight and naturally small. People buy me watches, but they are always too big. And yet they fit my girlfriends wrist. Through lots of cardio and restricted diet, I could get pretty little. I am still smaller and weaker than most women. There are far more guys who will NOT admit that they gravitate toward big strong women and big strong girls (a.k.a. BIG STRONG FEMALES!!!). There is a big strong female for every small, weak male of any height because there are big strong women who are tall; there are big strong women who are of average height; and for tall, small, rail-thin weak guys like me who prefer short females, there are big strong women who are short!!! It could be that short, skinny, weak guys go for big, strong, tall girls while tall, skinny, weak guys go for big strong short girls. WHATEVER FLOATS YOUR BOAT!!!

You don't necessarily need to become skinny to become weaker than the average female. The main thing is to avoid strenuous exercise all together, no jogging or swimming. Actually, a diet of junk food along with a sedentary lifestyle will cause you to get fat and weak. Your cardiovascular endurance will deteriorate, which will make it easy for almost any woman to have you at her mercy. Most women already have superior endurance and flexibility, so if you want to intentionally become even less fit than they are, the easiest thing is to just get fat. She will be able to move faster than you, and will have better coordination, using your weight and fatigue against you. Women already enjoy superior longevity, and this will increase their advantage in this area as well. The fact is, you don't have to try to become the weaker sex, you already are. But if you want to give them an even greater advantage, just eat twinkees and stay in front of your computer while the women continue to work out at the gym/

The problem is, women dont have the urges to wrestle fat men. Being skinny you are certifiably weak.Being officially weak, women will be bolder and mess with you more. Like rail thin guy said,being fat doesnt mean you are weak. In fact you might need some big muscles to carry around all that weight. Being fat doesnt mean you are healthy. Im sure being overweight means early death by heart disease. But in the muscle department, they arent weak.

Anonymous (comment #8) is ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!!! As a rule, fat means STRONGER and skinny means WEAKER!!! In most cases, those who are fat have larger muscles and those who are skinny have smaller muscles. Exceptions do not invalidate the rule. That is why there are different weight classes in weightlifting. Even if those in the lightweight division are taller than those in the heavyweight division (whether they are male or female), those in the heavyweight division (most of whom are FAT!!!) can easily lift more than those in the lightweight division because those in the heavyweight division have MUCH BIGGER MUSCLES!!! When a bold, aggressive fat girl who has big biceps under her fat (and I've encountered quite a few) notices how skinny I am, she is more likely to want to prove that she is stronger than I am. As a kid, I was very tall for my age and I was extremely skinny. I was EASY PREY for one very short, very fat girl in particular who picked a fight with me. I was way taller than her but that did not matter because her muscles were way bigger than mine and she weighed much more than I did. SHE EASILY WON THE FIGHT!!! Since then, I have always been sexually attracted to short, large females who are strong simply because I am tall and skinny. Low protein diet of vegetables! REDUCED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, LOUNGE ON SOFT COUCHES GET A NICE SOFT MATTRESS...PAMPER YOURSELF. Once your body is in its comfort zone where there is no muscual activity, they will reduce in size. This is how mr puniverse redys themselves for the competition. Low protein diet, 10 hrs of sleep a night. Very little physical inactivity. Your body nneds to be in a comfort zone with very little resistance. Within a month not just your body will get lighter and smaller, so will your muscles.

The idea that being fat makes you strong is a total misconception. It may be true that women won't mess with you, but that is just a matter of preference, since a fat slob is disgusting and smelly, all sweaty and so forth. But sexual attraction aside, the fat guy is completely out of shape, out of breath at the thought of climbing a flight of stairs. I've seen a lot of skinny guys who can kick major ass because they are quick and accurate. Cardiovascular endurance is a major factor in fitness. If you wanna be a wimp, all you need to do is assume a passive attitude, no matter what your physical composition.

my boyfriend of 5 years hasn't worked out for 4. 4 years ago he had wonderful arms and chest muscles from the hours he spent playing sports and doing weights. the good news is he hasn't got fat but his chest muscles are now ribs and his arms are scrawny. Back 5 years ago he was tons stronger than me. I have a very physical factory job with lots of heavy lifting, plus have back issues and need to go the the gym to do weights to keep my core strong. I now have the buff arms and even have pecs, he is really soft and weak but he is ok with that. Its changing our relationship and I am becomeing more dominate but it has helped. He likes my muscles and I like my little weak guy. So yes it can happen

I hate to rain on all of your parade. However, if you are truly weaker than the typical female, you are either physically a late bloomer, very elderly or ill. In my early 20s, women were tons stronger than me. However, I was still physically developing since my voice still sounded like Ralph Macchio and could get by shaving once a week.Physically I was a late bloomer and still had the body of a child.

the answer to the question of this poll is just get older! When I met my wife I was quite strong, a lot stronger than her in my upper body. 25 years later she is heavier and quite a bit stronger than me even in her arms. She has been more frequent than me to the gym but the big difference is that she got more muscular after 40 while I lost my muscles. We have talked to friends about this and some of them have similar experiences, the women tend to get stronger around 40 while men loose their stregth

Have similar experience "50". Got the shock of my life when me and my wife playwrestled some years ago when we both realized she was a lot stronger than me, and I mean a lot. Before we had kids we often playwrestled and fooled around and I was always stronger. Now 30 years later she can do anything she wants with me. Her upper body is a lot stronger than mine and her legs have always been stronger than mine I think so when we met hand to hand in a wrestling match she told me it was like wrestling a kid. She has become bigger, more muscular and stronger, I have lost weight and muscle size, have a bit flab hanging over a skinney frame. I need to get back in shape but to be honest my wife is today so much stronger than me that I am sure I will never catch up since she is going to the gym three times a week.

Ironically the key to getting weaker is to work out. It sounds silly but if you go on a calorie and protein deficit, say 600 calories a day and no protein and lift weights your body will burn the muscle. I'd recommend going to the gym with your girlfriend but as she requires massive amounts of calories and protein, you require very little calories and next to no protein. While she will be working up in weights, you will be climbing down as your muscle is burned and grows smaller and weaker with time. Also it's important that you take vitamin supplements so that you stay healthy at such a low weight. Once you get to around 90-80 lbs you will be extremely weak and tire easily. You will need 10-16 hours of sleep per day so it is a good idea to fast and lounge around when you're not eating your one meal per day and lifting weights. You will be too weak at this size to do many things so you need to make sure your girlfriend is willing to help you out with them. The average woman weighs 140+ pounds so you're going to be in a new world where pretty much every woman outweighs you by a good fifty or more pounds, so you'd better adjust your attitude to be as submissive as possible.

my wife decided that we should loose weight, both of us. She got me started with jogging, every day to work. She pushed me to really get into to it and I did and lost a lot of weight. We also had a diet, alcohol once a month, no fat. I was soon skinny with the jogging and dieting. My wife on the other hand joined a gym, 3-4 times a week she was heavily pumping iron, she ate a lot of protein and took pills (nothing forbidden). The changes in our bodies were fantastic! I lost all the body fat and unfortunately also some muscle, my wife fist lost a lot of fat but soon started to gain a lot of muscle, not like a body builder but her arms, shoulders and legs filled out. This was exactly what my wife wanted, she likes to have a very thin man with a boyish build and likes herself to be strong and muscular. I haven't objected to this since I have always liked muscular women.

I got down to 100 lbs by working out daily on a 800 calorie diet because I had this fetish. But I ended up in the hospital after my much larger girlfriend beat the crap out of me. It aint no fun getting beaten up by anyone
