OK I'm not that guy!! I just want to know something.

Question: OK I'm NOT that crazy guy who writes all those exrememe topics, even though my question is similar. If a man is 185 cm and weights 147 lbs and a woman is 168 cm and weights 155 lbs who will probably be the strongest? None of them are weightlifters or wrestlers or anything, but the woman dances and runs a lot, compared to the man who doesn't train at all.

All other factors being equal, she would most likely be stronger than he is because she is bigger than he is although by not much. If she is active while he is sedentary, she would increase her strength over his even more. However, he would most likely be stronger than she is if he is active while she is sedentary because she has a weight advantage of only eight pounds over him, not fifty-eight pounds (which would spell big trouble for him even though he is taller than she is).

Even if she wasnt a dancer, she would be stronger. Although not by a whole lot. And it wouldnt even be noticeable until she might do a few more reps with the same dumbell.TO be substantially stronger, she would need 20 lbs on him. To qualify as `alot stronger`, she would need at the minimum of 40 lbs on him
