Does SKINNIER mean WEAKER while FATTER means STRONGER?

Question: Assuming that both are physically fit and healthy, does SKINNIER mean WEAKER while FATTER means STRONGER?

If they're both fit and healthy then the person with the greater muscle mass would be stronger. Its likely the fatter person is less muscular (higher body fat %) and therefore less fit.

I am 6' 225 lbs and fat. I have very little muscle on my body. A friend of mine is a model, she is 6'1 and 140 lbs. She easily beats me at armwrestling. She has always been working out, not with heavy weights but she is at the gym 3-4 times a week. I am just fat and weak BUT have started to diet and work out.

I am 5 ft 11 as 408lbs, I do weight training and have done many martial arts, yup,I'm a beast lol
