Should American citizens be required to learn Spanish?

Question: With immigration reform emerging as a priority issue for America, it is almost certain undocumented workers will finally be granted the citizenship they rightly deserve. As a symbol of fairness to Hispanics, should Americans be required to learn to communicate in Spanish?
