To all small weak men:Were you always small and weak?

Question: I am a very small weak man at 5`3 and 118 lbs at 41. but when I was 14, I was 5`3 and 100 lbs. I wasnt so small and weak then. all thru my primary school years up to 14, I was pretty much average. But I stopped growing and watched all my girlfriends grow bigger and stronger than me! So here is the simple question
To all of the small weak men: Were you always small and weak?
