Then go for a walk to help out digest system about half hour then continue the routine about 2-3 months. Don't eat because you're bored but when you feel hungry in general. Take walks every day about a total of 2-3 hours so about 1 hour walk after every meal .

Turkey and Chicken (Not fried or with skin on) Skin is very high in fat and grease (fried) so pepper also helps spark up metabolism to go bit faster if you took off the skin off Turkey or Chicken then added a bit of spice then chances are you'll enjoy the diet but take a walk or jog for about 2-3 hours exact every day then in 2 months you'll be thin and sexy as ever but remember to do this and aviod chips and chocolate. Dark Chocolate is okay but don't eat too much only like 1-8 chances so rarely. Anyway Chicken and Turkey is low in fat so enjoy but again take off the skin do not eat it. Spices as pepper will help out your metabolism if you want a fine ass body then you have to challenge yourself and use these tips in 2 months every day will get you somewhat sexy asf but also do yoga and squats to have a nice ass goodluck!!
