Is it healthier to be big and strong or small and weak?
Question: At 5`3 118 lbs, I have always been very small and weak. My bench is way below 100 lbs. And most women are physically stronger than me. But I am very healthy and can run 5 miles without a sweat. At 40, my cholesterol is down and my blood pressure is perfect. To me the key to health is get yourself as small and weak as possible. You feel more rejeuventated and younger. Plus for me I have more fun with women when they are bigger and stronger than me.
So I am asking you, do you think its healthier to be big and strong or small and weak?
