Actually, it might vary from one time period to another and the percentage will certainly vary when a small weak man compares himself to groups of men or groups of women or groups of both but I would have to state that with so many women working out and, therefore, getting bigger and stronger, the percentage of small weak men who are smaller and weaker than women will certainly increase. I am six feet tall (6'0") but I weigh only 132 lbs which definitely qualifies me as a small weak man even though I am tall. I am certainly smaller and weaker than the average woman. The average woman, although she is eight inches shorter than I am, weighs more than I do and she has bigger muscles than I have. I am certainly no match for a woman who is much bigger than the average woman. Case in point: One 4'11", 185-lb lady easily outlifted me in weightlifting by lifting a fully-loaded heavy barbell over her head that I failed to lift even above my thighs!!! She easily outlifted me because I am a small weak man even though I am tall while she is a big strong woman even though she is short. Greater physical size and strength is not exclusive to taller women. Short women (like her) are also MIGHTY BIG AND MIGHTY STRONG!!! It definitely is more common for men to be weaker than women as they both get older. My wife and I are up there in age and she is now stronger than I am. When we were younger, we never really tussled, but we both assumed I was stronger.That lasted until a few years ago when she discovered first, that she could keeep me down by sitting on me when I was lying down on the floor, and then that she could easily overpower me by throwing me down before sitting on me to keep me there. I have spoken to several other guys my age and they tell me they too have now become weaker then their wives or at least find it a much closer match than when they were younger. My relative in his prime was 5`10 and 200 lbs. But in his mid 80`s, he is a frail 5`8 and 130 lbs. His wife was 5`6 120 lbs. Now she is 5`3, but 190 lbs and very strong. Thats why women outlive men, because women get stronger with age, and men get weaker. It kinda makes sense in the realm of nature. Women get bigger and stronger with age so that they can take care and nurture their small sickly weak man. Now at 41, I am already a small weak man at 118 lbs.Does that mean at 85, I will be 75 lbs? I didn't think of it as being as bad as you're making it out to be lol. It's true that most women can out run me in a long distance race, but I doubt they could beat me in a fight. None of the men were really big and none of the women really small. Three of the women were bigger than the three smallest men but the biggest person was a man. Male and female strength was discussed. A woman claimed that 2 out of 10 women were stronger than the average man. She challenged the men to armwrestle her. She was a rather big woman, the biggest man was just a little bit bigger. He took the challenge and then the match was on. The women cheering for the woman and of course us men wanted the man to win. We were all surprised that the man couldn't get the woman's hand to the table, after perhaps 3-4 minutes the man looked tired and a few seconds later he was beaten. The same with left hands. None of the men could take this woman this evening. 3 of the other women won against men as well and I lost to 5 of the 7 women. I came with my new girlfriend and she enjoyed it very much, especially when she won against me. Not a very good start for a relationship you might think but so far it has worked. I guess it is easy to underestimate the strength of women. OwenMay 17 2010 1:42am I am the same size as my wife, 5'8 and 155 lbs. The last years she has started to work out three times a week with the woman next door. This lady is 5'10 and probably 180-190 lbs. I have always thought she is a rather fat lady. My wife invited her training partner some months ago. They talked about that they weighed exactly the same as when they started to work out but that they have replaced a lot of the fat with hard muscles. I laughed a bit. And they both looked at me and asked me why I laughed. I said that the probably lifted like typical women, low weights and many reps, and this couldn't burn their fat away. Big misstake, really big misstake. I was a rather untrained, rather soft man that had been to a gym a few times but stopped. My wife told our neighbour to show me her muscles. She took off her sweater and had a sleeveles top under. She flexed a huge bicep for me and her shoulder muscles were even more impressive. They wanted me to feel her biceps and I did. Rock hard underneath a layer of fat. They then asked me if I thought I had a chance if I armwrestled this big woman. I then did my next misstake. I said that even if her muscles were impressive I was still a man and she a woman. When we started to armwrestle I could feel this woman's strength already in her big hands (bigger than mine). She played with me, when she realized how much stronger she was she let me take her arm almost to the table before she slammed mine down. My wife wanted to take me on with her left since my right was spent. She is right handed but said that she could put up a much better fight than me against the neighbour. She was right, it took her less than a minute to beat me. This changed a lot of things. My wife became a bit more bossy after this, not that she is a dominant bitch but she wants to decide more things. She often wrestle me down, I don't have a chance. I have started to work out to get stronger but I think it is too late, she is way ahead of me when it comes to strength. Our neighbour woman has challenged all the men at her job to armwrestle her, none has beaten her she claims, and this makes me feel better. My wife on the other hand has told me she has lost armwrestling matches to several of her collegues, female, she is a nurse. She knows that this makes me embarrassed since she is quite a it stronger than me. Even if I am not very small I am obviously quite weak. Anybody with similar experiences? Weak bodiedMay 25 2010 3:08am Armwrestled my sister-in-law a year ago. She has always joked about my small size and claimed she was stronger. I got tired of her teasing and accepted a match. She is about 30 lbs heavier than me and an inch taller at 5'10. She was shocked and I was shocked! She wasn't only stronger, she was a LOT stronger and I couldn't put up any resistance. We had armwrestled in the kitchen where we were alone, but now she called out for my wife to see how weak I was. My wife told her sister to go easy on me. She once again showed that she could slam both my arms to the table. My wife than armwrestled her sister, she lost but her sister had to fight for quite some time to win. My wife smiled and didn't say anything but my sister-in-law rubbed it in saying that I wouldn't have a chance against my wife. Later that evening I armwrestled my wife and lost. It took about a year until I found my next woman, from Turkey. She had been a power lifter, not top class but really strong. She was the first woman I was afraid of since she sometimes got extremely jealous and had a bad temper. She actually beat me up twice and stopped when I told her I would leave her if she did it again. She went to a shrink to come to grips with her temper and that worked. We stayed together 5 years. My wife I found a few years ago when I was on trip to Senegal. She was the tallest so far being 180 cm and 85 kgs making her 30 kgs heavier than me. She is the kindest of women, she could crush me with her bare hands if she wanted but she is a very loving woman and I am happy I found her. Women from my country has never been interested in me, strange that women from other countries can be with a smaller man. Most women in the western world want a man that is bigger and stronger, this is very important for them. They intellectual, progressive women may say that it doesn't matter if the woman is taller, heavier and stronger but I strongly believe that they are not truthful saying that. There are of course exceptions to that. But being small like many men here on this board, I have had huge problems dating women in my country. I am 163 cm and 50 kgs, 4-5 cm shorter than the average woman. I have had many female friends but only been with one woman until I discovered women from other continents. I got interested in this woman from Nigeria, she was very warm and lovely BUT 175 cm and probabley 85 kgs. She noticed I was interested in her and also realized that I was too shy to ask her out so she took control. She invited me for dinner and opened the door dressed to kill! A short skirt and sleeveless top was almost too much for me, so much skin. We ate and after the meal she just picked me up and carried me to bed where she took off my clothes and made love to me. Thank god for this woman! We were together many years and had a fantastic relationship although she almost crushed me sometimes. We separated and I was sad but had a better self confidence and it took only a few months until I met another woman, a BBW from Brazil, as big and strong as the Nigerian woman. After her I met this lovely Russian lady, that was used to big, drunk men, she loved being with a man she could do whatever she liked with and so it went on until I met my wife. Being a small weak guy, I've been getting harassed and bullied by bigger girls my whole life. At work there is a girl who is bigger then me, and really tough. She finds ways to get me alone with her in room, then she'll pin me down by sitting on my chest, while she taunts me verbally. Aside from the obvious humiliation of getting beat by a girl. It can also be quite a scary experience. Lying on the floor with her on top of me, looking down at me, feeling very powerless and vulnerable. It will usually last for at least half an hour. Ich war 15, fast 16, und sie war 14, als wir uns kennengelernt haben. Sie ist mit Ihren Eltern und ihrer kleinen Schwester in unsere Siedlung gezogen. Wir haben uns, mit den anderen Kindern aus der Siedlung, immer am Spielplatz getroffen. Mir ist als erstes ihre Größe aufgefallen. Ich war etwa 1,75m und sie war bestimmt 1,80m groß. Zu ihrer Figur konnte ich da noch nichts sagen, weil es Winter war als sie eingezogen sind, und wie wir alle sehr dick angezogen war. Wir haben aber immer viel rumgealbert und etwas rumgerangelt. Da viel mir schon auf, dass sie für ein Mädchen, dass auch noch jünger war als ich, sehr viel Kraft hatte. Als es dann wärmer wurde und wir endlich wieder Sommerkleidung tragen konnten, habe ich erst ihre Figur gesehen. Wir waren diesmal alleine am Spielplatz, weil die anderen da unterwegs waren oder andere Sachen zu tun hatten. Sie hatte ein ärmelloses Oberteil an und eine kurze Hose. Sie hatte extrem breite Schultern und dicke Arme, an denen ich die Adern am Bizeps und Unterarm sehen konnte. Ihre Beine waren auch sehr durchtrainiert. Sie hatte auf jeden Fall viel mehr Muskeln als ich. Zu der Zeit wog ich gerade mal 62kg, war also eher schmächtig, aber ich hatte auch einen recht guten Bizeps. Ihr ist aber auch mein Blick auf ihren Körper aufgefallen, sie hat dazu aber nichts gesagt. Wir haben dann wir immer etwas gequatscht und waren wie immer. Dann fragte sie mich, wie viele Klimmzüge ich schaffe. Da hatte sie mich, ich konnte gerade mal einen. Ich sagte ihr, ich kann 5, und versuchte dann das Thema zu wechseln. Darauf ließ sie sich aber nicht ein und wollte dass wir das hier ausprobieren. Also musste ich ja doch ran. Ich stellte mich an die Stange am Spielplatz und habe versucht alles zu geben. Mit Mühe habe ich gerade mal einen Klimmzug geschafft. Sie lachte mich aus und sagte, ich zeige dir mal wie das geht. Sie ist an die Stange gegangen und hat 10 Klimmzüge gemacht. Ihr Bizeps war so aufgepumpt, das habe ich noch nicht mal bei den sportlichen Jungs aus meiner Klasse gesehen. So wie das aussah, hätte sie locker noch weitere 10 geschafft. Dann kam sie zu mir und sagte, wusste ich doch, dass ich viel stärke bin als du kleiner. Ich konnte darauf gar nichts sagen, so schockiert war ich. Dann wollte sie mit mir wrestlen und zeigen wie viel stärker sie ist. Ich habe versucht von ihr weg zu gehen und gesagt ich muss nach Hause, aber sie hat mich aufgehalten. Ich hatte nun doch etwas Angst vor ihr. Als ich gehen wollte, kam sie von hinten bei mir an und griff um meinen Bauch. Dann hob sie mich hoch und trug mich zum Sandkasten. Auf dem Weg sagte sie noch, du bist ja noch leichter als ich dachte und wollte wissen wie viel ich wiege. Als ich ihr dann mein Gewicht sagte, lachte sie nur und sagt, das sind ja über 10kg weniger als ich wiege und schmiss mich in den Sand. Dann stand Sie mit den Händen in den Hüften über mir und sagte, dass ich aufstehen soll. Nun standen wir uns gegenüber, sie größer, schwerer und bedeutend muskulöser. Sie meinte, darauf habe ich schon seit unserer ersten Begegnung drauf gewartet. Ich hatte zwar schon im Fernsehen Wrestling gesehen, aber ich wusste nicht was ich machen soll und vor allem bei dem Gegner. Sie kam auf mich zu und wir packten uns an den Händen. Ich war sofort auf meinen Knien und hatte den Kräftevergleich verloren. Sie ließ mich wieder hoch und nahm mich in einen bearhug. Ich konnte meine Arme nicht befreien und meine Beine baumelten in der Luft. Ich habe kaum noch Luft bekommen und mir tat alles weh. Wie konnte sie nur so stark sein? Sie ließ mich wieder in den Sand fallen und ich konnte mich kurz erholen. Ich versuchte wieder aufzustehen, aber da griff sie mir schon am Bauch und hob mich kopfüber hoch und trug mich durch die Gegend. Sie ließ sogar einen Arm los und trug mich dann so weiter. Sie hob mich mit einem Arm noch höher und fasste mit dem anderen Arm an meine Schulter und schmiss mich so in den Sandhaufen. Ich war jetzt schon k.o., aber sie hatte gerade erst angefangen. Ich sag zu ihr hoch und sie spannte ihren Bizeps an. Oh mein Gott, ist der groß, dachte ich nur. Ich hatte ja auch einen Bizeps, aber im Vergleich zu ihr war der mickrig. Ich hatte 31cm Oberarmumfang, aber sie musste mindestens 36 oder 37cm haben. Sie hat mir wieder hochgeholfen und dann mit einem Arm zwischen meine Beine gegriffen und mit dem anderen an meine Schulter und mich hochgehoben und ist mit wieder eine runde gelaufen, als wenn wir Zuschauer haben, und hat mich wieder zu Boden geworfen. Das macht solchen Spaß, sagte sie dann zu mir. Ich wollte eigentlich nur noch weg und hatte Angst, was sie mit mir anstellen will. Ich hatte gegen ihre Kraft null Chance. So was habe ich noch nie erlebt, noch nicht mal die starken Jungs aus meiner Schule haben so viel Kraft wie dieses Mädchen. Sie hat mich wieder hochgezogen und mich dann mit dem Rücken nach unten auf ihre Schultern gelegt. Das tat so weh, aber ich konnte mich nicht wehren. Zum Glück hat sie mich dann wieder in den Sand geschmissen. Ich habe die ganze Zeit gebettelt, dass sie aufhört und ihr gesagt, dass sie gewonnen hat und viel stärker ist als ich. Sie lachte nur und zog mich wieder hoch. Sie packte mich mit beiden Armen unter den Achseln und hob mich mit ausgestreckten Armen hoch und hielt mich da. Dann sagte sie zu mir, das machen wir jetzt öfter mein kleiner und ließ mich wieder ein Stück runter, um mich dann wieder hoch zu heben. Sie machte das ein paar Mal, um ihre Kraft zu beweisen. Dann setzte sie mich wieder ab und hob mich wieder auf ihre Schultern. Sie sagte, jetzt will ich mal was ausprobieren und fasste zwischen meine Beine und an meinen Brustkorb. Dann hob sie mich noch höher, bis sie ihre Arme durchgestreckt hatte und ich nun über ihrem Kopf hing. Panisch griff ich nach ihrem Arm, der sich unglaublich muskulös anfühlte. Sie lachte und ließ mich wieder zu Boden. Dann sagte sie, spann deinen Bizeps an und ich tat was sie wollte. Sie lachte über meine Muskeln und sagte, so sehen Muskeln aus und spannte ihren Arm an. Ein dicker Bizeps füllte ihren Armen und dicke Adern kamen zum Vorschein. Wir verglichen unsere Arme und ich kam mir wie ein kleiner Junge vor. Ihr Arm war so viel muskulöser und größer als meiner. Ich konnte es nicht glauben, ich wurde so gedemütigt von einem Mädchen, einem so starken Mädchen. Zum Schluss zog sie mich noch einmal hoch und fasste mit einer Hand an meine Kehle und mit der anderen unter meine Achsel. Und dann hing ich schon wieder in der Luft, sie hielt mich nur mit einem Arm am Hals fest und lachte. Dann schmiss sie mich in den Sand und sagte, ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal. We were and still are the same height but I was then a few lbs heavier and today I am perhaps 15 lbs heavier than him. He was very sensitive about being small so we never really tested who was stronger when we were younger. Some years ago, when we were both 45 we before bedtime started to playfully push each other. We pushed harder and harder and suddenly my husband fell over our bed, and I had just used a little of my power. He came up again and we were soon struggling hand to hand. I really though he was joking and didn't do his best when I could easily press him down on our bed. I let him up again and he wanted to try again, now embarrassed. Again I only used a little of my strength and pressed him down to the bed, I then pinned him by sitting on him and he couldn't get up. I smiled and said that it seems I am stronger than you. He was very embarrassed and said something about me being lucky. I asked him if he would like to armwrestle me and he was up to it, he really believed he was stronger than me. We sat down at the kitchen table, non of us used to this. I am left handed but we started with right arms. I was again surprised how easy I could pin my husbands hand to the table. Left I could slam his arm down. My husband was almost in tears from the humiliation he experienced. I said it was no deal, that I probably always had been stronger and that we just didn't know. He wanted to arm wrestle me again and again and each time I won as easy or rather easier. Then he wanted to have a wrestling match on our big thick carpet in our living room. I accepted but though for a while that I should let him win so he would feel better but then thought that why should I. Instead I had him straight away in a head lock and just pressed him down to the carpet where I could easily pin him. It took seconds. We then wrestled for about 20 minutes, I sometimes let him have the upper hand but could easily turn the tables and pin him. By now I enjoyed the dominance over him. The last time I had him pinned under me I took his underwear off him and started to fondle his private parts. He was embarrassed still and tried to get loose but he he as so weak so I could have him pinned with my body weight alone. I got him hard and rode him and the climax I had was by far the best in years, perhaps ever. He was very silent when we went to bed. I then just had an arm behind his head and pressed him to me breast, had one of my legs over his and went to sleep. He half heartly tried to wriggle loose but realized that it was meaningless and he gave in to me. And we both fell asleep. The next day he woke up in my arms and I felt more inoved with him than ever before. I was the stronger and he was in my arms. He said that he was very embarrassed and wanted me to promise that this would be our secret. He surprised me when he also admitted that the sex last night had been fantastic even if he had been embarrassed. Later that evening my husband surprised me when we were going to bed when he jumped me from behind and tried to gake me down. I fell to the bed with him on my back but could rather easily shake him off me and pin him. We wrestled again for 20-30 minutes and I pinned him a number of times but now also had him to give up when I had learnt how to use my legs and scissors. Since then we have been wrestling, I have been working out really hard to get even stronger. My husband also has been working out since he is too weak for his own good. A kid could take him down. I did a bit better in the upper body and arms but I was weak overall. Apparently a couple of women did better than me proving stronger in both upper and lower body.
